About the Selection Process
BERGEN magazine hired Professional Research Services (“PRS”), a company in Troy, Michigan, to conduct a peer-review of hundreds of lawyer who it asked to select the peers they consider the best in their specialty areas. PRS checked the attorneys who received the highest vote total in each practice area with the New Jersey state bar to confirm to confirm that they are active and practicing law. According to BERGEN Magazine, inclusion on its Top Lawyers list cannot be purchased.
